This limited warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by:
(1) improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, insufficient or overloaded power supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions.
(2) cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and cracks.
(3) any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following situations:
(1) The product does not function as intended.
(2) The product serial number, barcode, or label does not match the original, or the authenticity of the product cannot be confirmed by visual identification, including if it has been modified, obliterated, removed, damaged, or lost.
(3) The product was purchased through an unauthorized channel, second-hand retailer, or resold in violation of national import and export regulations.
(4) Compatibility issues unrelated to “Red” products.
